Our desire to provide a different assisted living experience was the reason behind the creation of Adeline's Lodge. After conducting extensive research into the conditions of similar facilities in many different locations, and various interviews with the residents within, we realized that it was the lack of "the feel of home" which was sorely missing. Many assisted living areas we looked at were situated in noisy urban areas and were more akin to hospitals. Furthermore, we found that these places had dilapidated facilities and just the bare essentials of resident care.

We decided that we would make our facility, the exception to this rule.

And so Adeline's Lodge was designed from the ground up with the aim of addressing these qualities that were missing in other establishments. We are situated in a quiet, prime residential neighbourhood, alongside beautiful and tranquil Lake Ontario and a short walk from Etobicoke's Marie Curtis Park. The Lodge itself is a fully remodelled Victorian style residence, that strikes a balance between accessibility and that authentic feel of home.

From the colour of the decor, to the lighting, the choice of furnishing and fixtures, Adeline's Lodge was designed with one goal in mind: to deliver an unparalleled experience of peace, comfort, and relaxation. We take full advantage of our proximity to the lake, and ensure that residents are always treated to its panoramic view.

The open concept dining area allows one to be completely in touch with nature without sacrificing the comforts of home.
